With the banking climate everchanging, along with the infusion of new technology, it’s more imperative that ethics becomes a personal obligation and not just an option. If the customer’s understanding cannot keep up with all the changes, and the socioeconomic gap will inevitably widen.
With my parents being first generation immigrants, I feel a strong obligation to use my education and opportunities to help those who aren’t so privileged and have already gone through much struggle already. I’ve come to learn that ethics is not straightforward, conflicting choices involving the discussion of benefits and consequences. I would love to learn from established leaders and have an open discussion to be a better professional
