Pauline Vamos
Pauline is currently the Chair of Interaction Disability Services Limited, Governance Institute of Australia and K2fly Limited as well as a NED of CEW and Mercer Superannuation (Australia) Limited. Pauline is also a member of the Council of The Chartered Governance Institute.
Pauline was previously the CEO of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA -2007 -2016 ) as well as a senior executive with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) for 7 years.
Mark Burgess
Mark Burgess is currently Chair of the Advisory Board of Jamieson Coote Bonds and a Non-Executive Director of Australian Retirement Trust. Previously his roles included, Global Chief Investment Officer at Credit Suisse Asset Mangement, CEO, Treasury Group and most recently, Managing Director and President of the Future Fund Management Agency.
Chris Yates
Chris is a highly experienced executive with over 35 years’ experience in banking, wealth management and insurance. She began her career at Deloitte, and has held senior management positions at Citigroup, ANZ, NAB and most recently as CEO of Australian Unity Retail Platform. Chris has extensive Board experience, including Board positions on Australian Unity Bank Limited, Australian Unity Health Limited, JB Were and BNZ Life. She is also a member of the Sydney University Business School Advisory Board.
One of her proudest achievements was the founding of Women In Banking and Finance, a not-for-profit organisation that supports women in their careers.
Steve Tucker
Steve has worked in wealth management for over 25 years. Steve has worked in superannuation, ran MLC's advice networks, led MLC Investments and finally took over as CEO in 2004. He was appointed to the Group Executive of NAB in 2009, and was Group Executive for MLC and NAB Wealth until 2013.
Currently Steve is Chairman and co-founder of Koda Capital, a private wealth advice partnership, Chairman of Urbis Ltd, non-Executive Director of FNZ APAC, Non-Executive Director Neura Foundation and Non-Executive Director at The Ethics Centre. He is also a founding director of the Banking and Financial Services Oath.
Dr. JP Monck
As a solicitor and a former bank regulator at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA), JP brings a unique brand of experience and understanding of governance and management challenges. Academically, JP contributes to many degree programs across accounting, finance, and management disciplines. Through combining multidisciplinary research with active practice and perspectives, JP strives to add value through both prudent and innovative thinking.
Ian Saines
Ian’s executive experience includes large scale senior and chief executive roles in investment and commercial banking and asset management. In investment banking, he held leadership roles in financial markets, commodities, corporate finance and advisory businesses.
Board contribution includes deep expertise in Risk and Compliance (including audit committee experience), People and Culture, Investment Committee and as a financial expert.
Michelle Tredenick
Michelle Tredenick is a company director with extensive experience in businesses operating in a broad range of industries, including banking, insurance, wealth management, education services, health insurance, superannuation and technology. She also runs her own corporate advisory business advising boards and CEOs on strategy and technology.
Victoria Weekes
Victoria's board career follows a successful executive career in banking and financial services, with C suite roles in ASX10 and major listed international groups. Victoria is actively involved in a range of purpose driven, not for profit initiatives. As a passionate advocate for gender equality, Victoria was one of the founders of the Australian Gender Equality Council.
Bill Marynissen
Bill spent 24 years at Macquarie Group as the Executive Director Global Head of Futures and then as Head of Wealth Management. His non- executive roles include The Funding Network and Macquarie Investment Management Limited.
Quentin Reeve
Quentin is the chief of staff and founding Partner of Koda Capital. Quentin began his career in finance as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs in Boston, before moving to Goldman Sachs JBWere Sydney in 2009. He held roles as the Executive Manager to the CEO at both JBWere and MLC & NAB Wealth.
In addition to his work in the financial services sector, Quentin has worked in business development for a Boston-based mobile technology start-up, has run business planning for a Zimbabwe Premier League soccer club, and has consulted for the Carbon Disclosure Project in London.
Elayne Grace
Elayne is CEO of the Actuaries Institute, the peak body representing the actuarial profession in Australia. Prior to the Actuaries Institute, she was an Executive Director at EY where she worked on the climate change portfolio, and a Sustainability Researcher at IAG reporting to the CRO on developing IAG’s climate change and carbon strategy.
Stuart Eliot
Currently Head of Portfolio Managment at AMP, Experienced Senior Portfolio Manager with a demonstrated history of successful results managing and enhancing multi-asset investment portfolios. Strong finance professional skilled in Market Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Optimization, Quantitative Investing, and Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocation.
Paul Heath
Paul Heath is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Koda Capital. Prior to co-founding Koda, Paul was CEO of JBWere, one of Australia’s longest established private wealth management companies. During his two and a half decades in the finance industry Paul has also been an investment adviser and an equities derivatives trader.
Paul served as a Director of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Australia from 2012 – 2023, including several years as Chairman, as well as a Director of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International from 2017 – 2023. Paul also served as a founding member of the Benevolent Society Endowment Investment Committee from 2009 – 2023.
Désirée Lucchese
Désirée is Sustainability Manager at MLC Insurance. Prior to this she was the Head of Ethics and Impact at U Ethical. Désirée is an advisor to the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia (RIAA), collaborates with the Investor Group on Climate Change (IGCC) and Investors Against Slavery and Trafficking (IAST). Désirée is an Honorary Associate of the Finance Department at UTS Business School and a future skills industry mentor with RMIT Online. Since 2011, she has been an Al Gore Climate Ambassador.
Cassandra Hinze
Cass is currently the Chief Client Officer and Partner at Koda Capital. Prior to Koda, Cass spent nine years at AMP in various roles, including General Manager/Director of AMP Advice, served as the Head of Adviser Advocacy during a major transformation program and was the Managing Director of Charter Financial Planning.
Wayne Byres
Wayne Byres is an experienced leader with extensive expertise, both domestic and international, in financial services regulation, risk management, governance, and public policy. He is currently a non-executive director of ASX Limited and Macquarie Bank Limited, and a former Chair of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (2014-2022) and Secretary General of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (2012-2014).
