Cris Parker, Director of the Banking and Financial Services Oath
Cris heads up the Banking and Financial Services Oath, a pledge of integrity and commitment that aims to increase consideration of stakeholders and decision-making accountability by financial service professionals. It is a program she helped execute, and still oversees. Cris is also the Director of The Ethics Alliance, a community of organisations across sectors that works to collaboratively shape the future of business ethics. She is a member of the FPA Professional Designations Committee and sits on the Rio Tinto Australian Advisory Group, holds a degree in psychology, and in another life, founded a Manhattan theatre company, casting agency, and production studio.

Erin has over 20 years of experience in executive support, project administration, business operations, client engagement and secretariat support across a range of sectors including banking, consulting, the social purpose sector and not-for-profit.
