There is no scene to set – it’s in the screenshot (reproduced with permission).
So if you received this text message from a colleague who had recently graduated from uni and started their new (dream!) job at your organisation in the financial services industry, and they found themselves in this situation with their team… what would you do?

We encourage you to post your answers in the comments so we can create a healthy discussion, with the aim of learning from our peers, becoming aware of differing perspectives and challenging our own biases.
This week's dilemma was provided to us on the condition of anonymity and we can do the same for you. You can email your dilemmas to dilemma@bfso.org
