My academic background in both finance and psychology gives me a unique perspective on financial decision making, blending technical knowledge with an understanding of human behaviour. This foundation, combined with my experience advising on M&A transactions in the APAC region, studying in the UK and working closely with Macquarie’s US team, has deepened my appreciation of the importance of ethical leadership across diverse markets and regulatory environments.
