I am honoured to join the BFSO Young Ambassador Program because I recognise the crucial role ethics plays, not just in a professional setting, but as a guiding principle in daily life decision-making. I am excited to deepen my understanding of ethical practices which I can share with my network and workplace to champion transparency, accountability, and integrity.

My passion for ethics stems from my academic background and professional experience in behavioural economics. This has given me insight into the power of influencing decision-making, and I see immense potential in applying behavioural insights to drive better ethical outcomes for the community. I am excited to advocate for this program and collaborate with like-minded ambassadors, guided by industry leaders and mentors.

Whilst individuals hold their own distinctive views on what it means to be professionally and personally ethical, I am excited to understand these nuances and how as a Young Ambassador I can lead and promote conversations that drive ethical behaviour.
