I am humbled and excited to be a part of the BFSO Young Ambassador program 2025 for which l have the privilege to be among like minded peers as we learn, adopt and advocate for the implementation of ethics in the financial sector.

I began a traineeship program at Australian Mutual Bank with a previous background in the Health and Nursing field prior to my current role in banking. My introduction to the BFSO was first made when l made the oath as an employee in the mutual sector and the opportunity to be a part of the program was something l immediately recognised as a key part of my continual learning and development.

I believe that ethical decision making and the empowerment of all individuals serve as the foundation for trust and achieving the best outcomes for all who engage with the financial sector and this program will allow me to work for the benefit of individuals and business in my local and greater community.
